Warranty/"No Lemon" Guarantee
CapitalVape.com and Capital Vape Inc. provides a warranty for a period of 60 calendar days, from the date of purchase, on all starter kits, against manufacturer defects. Capital Vape reserves the right to refuse a warranty claim "at will". In the event that a product is defective and/or stops working, please reach out to orders@capitalvape.com and/or or visit the tutorials page and FAQs for troubleshooting steps.
Refund Policy
If a product purchased is defective or not to Buyer's satisfaction, Buyer can return the product in its original condition with the original packaging within 14 days of receipt, please reach out to orders@capitalvape.com to receive a RMA authorization number. In such event, Company shall provide Buyer a partial credit for the purchase (the buyer assumes the responsibility for any and all shipping and handling charges). If applicable, for hygiene purposes, as it relates to "Consumable" items, Capital Vape Inc. will charge a 20% restocking fee to cover the replacement of "Consumable" items. "Consumables" are defined as follows: atomizers and cartridges. Liquids and related accessories are non refundable and are considered "final sale".
